How does your service work?
We provide service year-round! With your consent we will travel to your residence and…[insert drum-roll]…clean up the poop! We will arrive in a vehicle with the Swiftly Scooped logo clearly visible, and our technician will be accoutered in our company uniform.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the number of dogs you own and the frequency of our visit. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget, our most popular being the weekly scheduled visit.
Do I have to sign a contract for your services?
Absolutely not! You can start, stop, or suspend service at anytime by either contacting us or by using your customer portal.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after cleanup?
Rest assured, we will never dispose of your pet waste on your premises. It will be taken off your property by us and disposed of at a proper waste management facility.
Can my dog be in the yard when you clean?
Yes! We only ask if you have an aggressive dog that you leave the dog inside during our cleanup. Our safety is important to us. If your dog becomes aggressive towards us we will ask you to put your dog inside or be removed from our service.
What happens in the event of severe weather on my scheduled service day?
If we deem the weather to be too severe on the day we are scheduled to clean your lawn, we will postpone our service for that day. Your service schedule will return to normal the following week.
Do you provide an arrival time for your service?
We don’t provide a specific time of arrival on the day of your scheduled service. However, you will know what day to expect our scheduled service as it will remain the same every week.
How do I access my customer portal?
After you create an account with us, you will be able to login to that account for future use. You can access it by clicking on the ‘Client Portal’ button at the top right of the page.
